For A/C servicing, we use professional refrigerant recovery and recycling machines, ensuring A/C gas is recovered safely rather than released into the atmosphere.
Our practices also support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly responsible consumption and waste management, environmental protection, and climate action.

Founder & CEO
I am Goran Rauf Kaka, Founder and CEO of MasterFit, with extensive experience in automotive service, aftersales operations, parts, bodyshop management, and customer relationship management.
My career includes four years in the UK as an MOT Tester and multi-brand vehicle technician, supported by a Diploma in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and membership of the Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI), UK. This experience gave me a strong technical foundation and hands-on understanding of servicing and repairing a wide range of vehicle brands.
In Iraq, I spent three years as a Nissan Service Manager and approximately 11 years with Toyota, including senior leadership as General Manager of Aftersales, overseeing Service, Parts, Bodyshop, and CRM operations. My experience includes improving customer retention, service follow-up, customer satisfaction, complaint handling, and overall aftersales performance.
My leadership philosophy is built around customer focus, quality, transparency, people development, and Kaizen — continuous improvement. I believe in developing strong teams, improving processes, investing in modern technology, and maintaining high professional standards.
My vision is to build MasterFit into a trusted automotive service brand recognized for technical excellence, reliable service, operational efficiency, strong customer relationships, and outstanding customer care.
